- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and my daughter went into this branch to cash his paycheck drawn on Wells Fargo branch in Surprise. The only reason he went to Wells Fargo was because it was a Wells Fargo check, he was running o. Fumes in his truck and the only form of ID he had was his drivers license and Home Depot card. He lost his bank cards while we were moving. They refused to cash his check. He asked them to call his employer in Surprise and they refused. Where is the customer service?!? I suggest that if you are looking for some place to do your banking choose a credit union. There you are treated like a person and not a dollar sign.By Chris Robinette, December 04, 2016
