  UPDATE: Looks like there are 2 AJs posting and the other AJ is correct Spencer is the CFO of the bank. I would guess that he was told to give it a 5 star rating, because he could not possibly be happy at the bank or he is the first one in their history. It is THE most UNFRIENDLY bank in the valley. David hit the nail on the head. They will tell you one thing but do another, and it all comes from CEO Wiest (Micro-Manager). It is amazing that she has retained her job. If you are looking for a loan almost any other bank will give you a better deal with far fewer conditions, and why put your deposits in a bank that has only 3 branches and offers nothing for rates and charges fees. In the last 5 years that this very small bank has been open over 75 employees have come and gone, and those that remain are looking for new jobs. It is the most miserable place to work in the valley.

  Crap hours and not enough branches. Who wants to travel half way across the metro area just to bank? They can't even stay open a little longer on Fridays like other banks. Absolutely worthless of a bank.
